Self-heating socks and hat review

I ordered a pair of the self-heating socks and a fleece-lined hat from FibreHeat a few weeks ago for an upcoming ski trip. The ordering process on their website was straightforward enough, and I got a confirmation email pretty quickly. Delivery took about 8 days to get to my place in upstate New York, which wasn't too bad considering. The socks are definitely thicker than regular ones and they did a good job keeping my feet warm on the slopes, even without batteries which is pretty neat. The hat is also really cozy and soft inside. I haven't needed customer support, so can't comment on that. Overall, pretty satisfied with the quality of these items, they perform as advertised.

Decent gloves, slow shipping

I got a pair of the self-heating gloves for my morning walks. They do keep my hands warmer than my old ones, which is good. Sizing was accurate enough. My only real gripe was shipping; took about a week and a half to get to me. Could be a bit faster on that front.

hey, anyone got experience with FibreHeat stuff for Raynaud's? my hands get super cold even indoors and battery gloves are just too bulky. wondering if these would actually make a difference.

Yeah, I have Raynaud's too, and got their gloves last winter. They definitely help! Not as toasty as battery ones maybe, but way more comfortable and you don't have to worry about charging.

My aunt swears by their socks for her feet. She said they're not a miracle cure but definitely reduce the attacks. Worth a try if you hate the battery packs.

thinking about grabbing some gear from FibreHeat, just wondering if anyone knows about their shipping times? like, if I order this week, would it get to NYC by next weekend?

I'm in Brooklyn and my last order got here in about 4-5 days, I think. So probably, yeah.

It can depend on what you order and if it's in stock, but usually they're pretty quick. I'd say you have a good shot at getting it by then, as long as there's no major holiday slowdown.
